I am a married mother of two and a Christian. 

Born into a loving family I was raised on a local council estate. Life wasn't always easy, but we were very blessed. 

The world I call orb began developing in my mind along with the characters at a very early age - between the ages of around five or six. 

They've developed and grown much over the years, as have I. Around fifteen years ago, I decided it would be wonderful to create a series of works and immortalise them on paper. 

So, my writing journey began. However, there was a problem. I didn't know a comma from a full stop, what tense was or anything really. I began teaching myself and by 2016 I'd finished the draft of book one, started book two and even began editing book one a bit. 

In 2018 I gave birth to my first daughter and everything came to a halt. After the birth of my second I decided to pick up the baton again. 

This time, I began to dream of publishing, but was too nervous. Since then I've done several writing courses at Uni and the most recent creative writing one gave me the courage to to just do it.  I didn't have to be perfect, I never will be. I just had to not be afraid. So, come January 2026 I published my first novel and I plan to have the second book published by Autumn 2026.
